To lodge an ASV vulnerability dispute, please complete and submit the provided form. Your dispute will be acknowledged by Vectra and reviewed by Security Metrics ASV.

Once you have submitted your dispute, enquiries regarding the dispute can be made by contacting the Vectra PCI Service Desk either by telephone or email.
